Our pricing goes down per person as your group gets bigger. Here is how it works, so you can plan your budget before you call.
The starting rates
- 12 to 24 guests: from $169 per person. $2,200 event minimum for a complete Culinary Party.
- 25 to 49 guests: from $99 per person.
- 50 to 99 guests: from $79 per person. Staffing and setup are shared across more guests.
- 100+ guests: from $65 per person, with a custom proposal for large events.
Why bigger groups pay less per person
We price the experience around the event, not one giant per-person rate. Menus and service formats scale with your group, so the effective per-person investment drops substantially for larger celebrations.
What changes the final number
These are starting rates. Final pricing depends on menu selections, staffing, beverages, location, rentals and overall scope. Tell us your guest count and target budget and we will show you what is realistically possible.
Pick a flavor, then pick a size
Every theme uses the same group-size pricing approach: Ultimate Pizza Party, Baller Brunch, Mexican Fiesta, Taste of Italy, All-American BBQ, Tailgating Parties, Lakeside Parties and Divorce Parties.
